Producers of goods or service providers are not the only ones responsible for the creation of value in commercial activity. Various authors have lately turned the attention to the role of customers as co-creators. In this seminar, we will study the extant literature on the topic, compare the different views on co-creation and discuss its practical relevance.
In addition to giving insight into a highly interesting and relevant subject matter, this course teaches students how to work with scientific texts as a preparation for future theses.
Credits for this seminar are earned by a literature review with subsequent presentation in seminar sessions/ written essay. Students who want to do their presentation early in the semester can contact Albrecht Fritzsche in advance to get more insight into the requirements.
